Between Missives being concluded and the date of entry, the purchaser's Solicitor will examine the Title Deeds and report to the purchaser on any relevant Title conditions or restrictions.
Local Authority Property Enquiry Certificates will be exhibited ("Searches" in England) to disclose whether the property is affected by such matters as any road proposals or conservation areas.
The Disposition in favour of the purchaser will be drafted and agreed with the seller's Solicitor and any observations on the Title dealt with.
The Security Documentation in respect of any loan will be prepared ready for the purchaser to sign and funds will be requested by the purchaser's Solicitor immediately prior to the date of entry.
